Can't think of any. Run from this company.

Cons

No communication from leader. High turnover rate. Inexperience seems to be rewarded. High turnover has led to all new employess being 1099 contract with the excuse of "being evaluated" - that's code for "don't employ full time cause you will leave quickly and we don't want another unemployment claim". Constantly does not pay suncontractors in a timely manner causing any decent sub to refuse to work for this company. Lack of communication, yes, that's twice mentioned.

Great people! The construction crews and project managers are amazing people and great friends. The people in this industry are great to work with.

Cons

The management. Stagnant, stubborn and inflexible. This would be an outstanding company if they had different partners.
