      - great people - best-in-class solutions - great reputation - very strong customer base in Europe

      Cons

      - operating a pretty much a niche market - strongly investor (private equity) driven - lots of acquisitions -> sometimes time is missing to integrate these and their solutions

      Horrible company. Onboarding leaves you to figure things out on your own, little to no training in the role.
