      Early mornings and evenings mean you can study or do additional work and tasks during the main part of the day.

      Cons

      The company as a whole is making poor decisions and branches are struggling and shutting down frequently, resulting in poor job security.

      the free training is the only pro

      Cons

      too many to mention but toxic environment comes to mind in the head office. Never seen such mismanaged upper management who are bullies, verbally abuse staff and speak about franchisee's rudely. Questionable HR issues when I was employed there, horrible and unsafe office.
