      Relaxed culture with little hassle or outside pressure.

      Cons

      Over the past two years, the company consistently lacked strategic direction. The product roadmap was frequently changed without clear justification, leading to instability and constant rework for the team. Despite our efforts to adapt, little progress was made due to shifting priorities and poor leadership. The final decision to shut down the online operation with no warning was abrupt and disappointing, reflecting the lack of long-term planning that had plagued the company for some time.

      management support for doing things differently

      Cons

      People working there for decades not being open-minded to do things differently - some C-level folks are like puppets trying to implement things they never had experienced and they love to be the faces in social media increasing their ego; HR is present in some psychological harassment to the employees and doesn't do anything

      Pros

      Great environment to work. Perks and culture.

      Cons

      HR are improving gradually, and they seem to have few people in the team to meet the needs of other employees. Leadership needs training. If you weren't born to lead, you shouldn't be a leader.

      Growing pains are bad (they can tire you) and good (they mean that we are evolving positively in the market). It´s good to know that you are delighted with our culture and perks and that you have a critical view of the present and future of our company. We are working daily to improve our leadership and share, through communication, more about what we are, stand for and the games we develop :)
