      Pros

      What a great group of team members to work with! We are passionate, knowledgeable, engaged and fun loving. What really attracted me to the company is that I believe it has what it takes to be an industry leader: people with great creative ideas, visionary leadership and seamless delivery. I get a chance to work with and talk to employees across all departments and I can personally say that we enjoy what we do. We appreciate the opportunity to work with blue chip clients, we challenge each other to harness cutting edge technologies and make every effort to help each other develop professionally and personally. We come from all corners of the globe; we are multicultural, multilingual with offices on 3 continents.

      Cons

      We work hard, travel a lot and take phone calls at all hours of the day as our team lives and works all over the globe. This is not a 9-5 job.

      - Software value is real although they are in a crowded space - Nice office, parking area (although you have to pay to park)

      Cons

      - Long hours & micro managing - No real career path, no real sales script; hope they have locked one down at this point - Real product training would be nice, licensing software is complex, but sales is not trained to succeed - Commission pay out is low - Very expensive neighborhood, I suggest you bring lunch from home
