- Absence de clarté de pensée au sein de la direction générale - Culture toxique fondée sur une prise de décision dictatoriale et unanime sans communication adéquate - Pas de stratégie claire pour aller de l'avant - Politiques de rémunération médiocres - De grandes paroles, mais pas d'actions - Pas de ticket restaurant, pas de prime de vacances

Pros
The people you get to work with are motivated, ambitious, clever, talented, and driven. The people make or break any endeavour, and the people at FAIRMAT are exceptional. On top of this, the mission is exceptional, which makes for a killer combination. On a separate note, for a deep-tech startup, having weekends off is unheard of, and yet FAIRMAT manages to provide employees with lots of holidays and weekends during which employees are expected to take time to relax and unplug.
Cons
As with any startup, there are many moving pieces and everything is always in flux, which isn't always a good fit for everyone.
