Collaborating with exceptional individuals who are experts in their fields.

Unfortunately, after years of observation, I've come to the conclusion that career growth in this company isn't possible for everyone. When you ask for a raise, you're told that you're not a significant contributor to the company. There's also a lack of feedback on your work. In short, the ideal employee is someone who does as much as possible and doesn't fight for what they deserve.
