      Great culture, fun loving people, lots of opportunity for personal development

      Not alot. The office space isn't the best in the world, but it's a shared office space and could be considerably worse.

      Inclusive environment, very open and transparent, share success as a team, work closely with other functions, its a small business so you can make an impact, very supportive, most are big sports fans, customer love what we do and offer them.

      It's a small business so may not be for everyone, reliant on very few people for data, lacks some structure day to day.
