Creative environment, fun staff, interesting projects
Cons
No dental insurance. I was quite surprised to learn that a company that appears to focus a lot on it's appearance doesn't care if their employees have bad teeth. Minimal vacation time. Never trust a company that provides food and booze - it means they want you to live there for no extra pay.
