Thank goodness Amanda is no longer the president. I hope to see the team grow to its full potential under the new leadership and re-enter the professional ranks.

Most of the people who work here are great and try their best.
Cons
Unfortunately the great people are let down by a president who is the definition of "gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss". She rules by uncertainty and changes her mind and mood rapidly thru the day. She is dismissive, rude, micromanaging, racially insensitive and at times outright mean. She will pick a favorite staff member and treat them like gold for a few days and then turn on them and make them feel like they can't do anything right. She claims to be spiritual and empathic but she uses that to hide her narcissism. I genuinely feel bad for the management staff as they get the most fallout from her episodes and they have no one they can go to for help. They've lost a lot of great staff due to her leadership and I have a feeling that more people are on their way out the door.
