Minus hr, upper management is understandable and smart. Vision is there.

Worst hr department I've ever encountered. Dont rely on them. They would rather see a whole staff cycle through than work trough things.

- micromanagement with several reports that are required daily/weekly/monthly when they could simply be pulled from the software management system - lack of diversity in leadership -employee turnover is constant - one of the top leaders doesnt know how to talk to people with respect -benefits are horrible esp. health care - nobody ever knows what is going on or how to fix issues
