The partners at FCI really strive to ensure that their employees and subs are happy in the roles that they are in. Training is a very important initiative, as well as competitive salaries. There is an air of partnership between management and employees to further both the companies success as well as the individual employees personal success within the company.
Cons
None, in all the years that I've been with FCI I have never had a problem with anything, which is pretty rare.
