Pros

No dress code. Other than that not much comes to mind. Oh they will buy you a pizza for your birthday. *slow clap.

Cons

No real breaks, no real training. Terrible attitude from management. Extremely low pay with no benefits. Outsource everything to third world countries. Basically companies like this ruin America. No retention with any employees. Only work here if you really just need a quick job, but make sure you don't bend over backwards for them.

Cons

This company is the worst company and what is truly wrong with small business in America. They have to follow virtually no laws because they have less than 50 employees. One day sick time and one week PTO after 1 year of service. This benefit doesn't increase until 5 years. The management is corrupt and abuses their employees. You will work AT LEAST 60 hours a week here. After working here, I then noticed the horrible reviews for this company. But they change their name every 2 years and this way are able to get rid of the bad reviews online. Do not believe their lies. I rate this a 0 our of 5.

Pros

Met a few decent people that I hope leave soon because this place only deserves low lives. To think I would be treated better because I worked for a female owner- joke.

Cons

Management is a joke. Additionally, the “Trainers” are more focused on finding mistakes than teaching skills for improvement. The company doesn’t follow their own policies, but are very comfortable referring to their policies when criticizing and/or reprimanding staff. You’d have to be very immature or have no idea what ethical behaviors are in order to stay happy working at FCI. After the first week all red flags were waived in front of me, but I’m not a quitter, so I gave more of my time than I should have . Final words of advice , run away fast as you can, and find another opportunity before you find yourself disgruntled from working here.
