This company is being led without a vision or moral compass. There is no strategy in place, only short term fixes. Intellect or logic is often hard to find in decisions that are being made. For a supposed to be tech company, most processes are done in an ancient way. Products being sold have many flaws which cause unnecessary obstacles. Forget about getting appreciation for your work, the turnover of people is extremely high for a reason. The HR department is terrible. Unprofessional, just there to do admin tasks. Expect delays when expenses need to be paid back to you, as you need to advance all expenses, the finance apartment is extremely old school. I would say avoid this company. Not worth your time.

A place where the CEO doesn't know what to do about the company, a CEO that change his direction like weather because he likes it so much. He likes to lead like as if he is playing Mahjong. Shuffle and shuffle. Love politics and always play with it. Let the blind leader hire a blind manager and make the whole team blind.
