      Pros

      Growing company built on team collaboration and strategy. They value bringing new ideas to the table and it really creates an environment to become passionate out the security industry and overall services they provide. Training and education amongst the group is an open office door visit away. In other words you are surrounded by experience team mates willing to help.

      Cons

      From my prospective, I have none to mention at this time. Any company that is growing like we are, experiences growing pains. I can see the big picture and love where the future is headed. I understand my part or role in doing so.

      Pros

      Made good commissions. Helpful coworkers. You can feel good about what you're selling. Company is honest and straightforward with customers.

      Cons

      Upper management seems unsure of themselves. Lack of transparency at top. They will lie to employees. Human resources is a weak point. They are bad at conflict resolution. Satellite offices are neglected. Terrible insurance and PTO. Don't seem to know how to handle unique demands of sales staff. They buy out other companies and then hire owners and management of these failed businesses.

      Pros

      Guaranteed hours, infinite amount of overtime. Typical shifts that range 24hours a day. Management in the call center is extremely helpful and will be flexible in making the position comfortable.

      Cons

      Corporate side doesn't take much time to understand the jobs of dispatchers, pay is at minimal and is difficult to live in todays society.
