Pros

Good and above market salary compared to rest of food manufacturing. Hours can be flexible however this is dependant on your manager. Additional benefits of cash health plan and perkbox are helpful. There is some opportunities for training and development. Senior management are committed however doesn't always show.

Cons

You're experience at FEI will depends on your line manager. They aren't the best for food safety and HSE culture. Career progression isn't clear and you have to force your way though the chain

A great company to work for with good team members to work along side. The hours are flexible. The members of staff are also very supportive across the company. Fei also offers many opportunities to all employees.

it can be an intense environment to work in.
