Free coffee, a paycheck and obsessive micro-management. Nice coworkers.
Cons
Everything that you can think of. Low pay and no raises for years. Management will ruin you for life. Save your self esteem and never accept a job here.

Great company to work for. Customer service is #1 and they are veterans in the industry. The people who work directly with the clients go above and beyond for them. Team atmosphere
Cons
Nothing out of the ordinary. Same office politics as any company but I think it works towards the customer's benefit ultimately.
