Where do I begin.....racism, favoritism, sexism. The Lithonia,ga warehouse has a good ole boy operation. If you are a minority, please don't apply there.

Good company to start trucking career

Pros

The company offers an excellent training academy (including meal and board) with no money taken out of pocket after training is successfully completed. New equipment and overall good mileage across the board. They also offer flexibility of local, regional, and line-haul runs.

Cons

Terminals are being improved but still many don't offer more than a shower; if that. Dispatches need more training when it comes to coordination as it pertains to loads, mechanical issues, and time management - these are overall quickly resolved.

They have a good Lease program

Cons

However, they refuse to pay you for the true miles you run. They will pay company drivers true miles but when it comes to you paying expenses and being a independent contrator they refuse to pay! They will rip you off on everything! BEWARE
