      It's a job so take that as you will

      Cons

      New CEO over the past couple years and it's getting worse. The first thing that changes is the company cut everyone's PTO cap by A LOT. Now the company is actively making sure you can't accrue PTO passed a certain point. They don't employees to have a work/life balance and it's becoming apparent. Still no raises over the past years to keep up with inflation depending on where you located, i'm sure, because I havent gotten one

      Good Benefits Quick Hiring Okay Pay

      Cons

      Terrible middle managment - Not promotable to employees for success, terrible attitudes, "Psyop" Tendencies, disfunctional structure, incestual groups to include rehiring known racist and SAs. Lack of transparancy - Between HR and Management, they refuse to help you through any issue or inquiry
