Violent felons make up way too much of this company and they're too quick to violence. You feel like you're under constant threat living in the same hotel. Get into an argument over something small you might just find yourself getting beat up in the parking lot knowing if you say something to the company about it the other many violent felons will go after you for " snitching " (which is what happened to me ). No amount of money is worth dealing with the types of lunatics this company hires. These guys openly talk about how they plan to save up money to buy a " brick" to " flip it" and " get kingpin status " You may also find yourself working a 12 hour shift ( really 13-14 hours including the drive to and from the site in company vans) and find yourself at the mercy of the person driving as to how quickly you get back. They may want to stop here or there and you just have to sit there and allow them to waste what little R&R time you have going to an understaffed fast food restaurant that takes 25 min to churn out 1 order.
