Pros

None, none at all. Stay Away

Cons

Terrible pay, dysfunctional management, ownership that doesn't care. Ongoing motto is "at least you have a job". People are treated as sheep and all they want are yes men and not idea guys. Family rules the top positions which by nature are unqualified and arrogant. They seem to promote and celebrate underachievement and confusion. They have so many different inventory systems and half of them don't work right. The warehouse management system they spent millions of dollars on sits and collects dust. Stay away. The hours you are expected to work are ridiculous, hopefully you don't have a family or any personal life. If there is a death in the family or a natural disaster that affects your life somehow, don't expect to get time off unless it's approved by management and even then don't expect it to happen. They care nothing about their workers and all good workers either get tired and quit or find better jobs somewhere else.

Pros

I would say the benefits, but now they're changing providers to a cheap company from Blue Cros.

Cons

Everything. Run in the other direction as far as you can. The favoritism is ridiculous. If you're not part of the good ole boys club, you're no one. They're all about team work and promoting communication but don't lead by example. Whatever you do, do not provide even the slightest opinion that differs from their's in any way, especially if you're female. They'll find any dirt, or make some up, to force you out. They also won't provide you any training. The overall culture is absolutely terrible unless you thrive on hypocrisy and sexism.

Don't even THINK about working here

Pros

I had some amazing co-workers but even that did not keep me here

Cons

Where to begin? From the day I interviewed , I had a feeling something was "off". There was a negative vibe throughout the entire office. When the HR person took me through the place, it looked void, empty and the few employees I DID see, looked at me like "don't do it!". Weird. I shook it off because I really needed a full time job that hopefully would turn in to a career. Boy was I wrong! Virtually zero training before thrown to the wolves. When I had questions, the manager was so unapproachable. Made to feel as if I were inadequate and intrusive when I had a question. I witnessed backstabbing, cut throat politics in a place that did me absolutely no favors by or could care LESS about their employees. It is a archaic system of running supply chain and the reputation that company has in how they treat their customers in horrible., Now I know why..
