Pros

Lots of access to beautiful nature

Cons

Continue to say that those hired do not understand the expectations of the job, while not properly explaining said expectations. They see staff as disposable and do not value their time. Refuse to make any clear boundaries or rules for the position, leaving rules open to personal discernment while still punishing employees without explanation. Lack of accountability on the part of the higher-ups. Much more likely to blame Campground Hosts and Managers for failing to understand the expectations of the job, instead of actually making thise expectations clear to begin with. Will expect you to work very hard in many different poorly-defined roles instead of actually just hiring the right amount of people for the roles.

Pros

Opportunity to work outdoors. That's about it.

Cons

The culture is toxic and leadership is a key contributor to this environment.
