Pros

Great work life balance + dogs in office Competitive OTE CEO & Leadership support The team has built a product that genuinely resonates with in the private wealth space and more specifically for those looking for AI intelligence & RIA data. That’s where it continues to gain meaningful market share. There’s clear alignment between the offering and the needs of that audience. The family office vertical also presents an opportunity, though it’s a more complex nice to have sale within the allocator space and requires a very specific profile to succeed. Leadership starts strong at the top. The CEO is highly involved, communicates openly, and treats employees with respect. Direct questions are met with direct answers. There’s room for employees to contribute ideas and gain visibility, particularly for those who take initiative and actively participate.

Cons

On the flip side, the leadership bench could benefit from broader perspectives and a bit more diversity at the senior level. That said, they did make massive improvements here over my 2 year tenure which made a very positive contribution to the teams success & shows their commitment to this. This isn’t a passive sales environment. Success requires resilience, industry fluency, and a willingness to advocate for yourself. The benefits package is average (RD you know where to find me to see if we can do better for the team here). Compensation around partnership-driven revenue could be more clearly structured (today it does not exist) particularly since those deals can generate meaningful brand exposure and long-term value.

Pros

Hybrid or remote work, paid time off, health insurance.

Cons

The standards, targets, and metrics were completely unreasonable and impossible to achieve. Expectations are piled onto employees without providing the tools or training needed to succeed, creating frustration and constant strain. Effort is demanded while support is missing, turning goals into guaranteed failure.
