      Good Learning Opportunities A very Good understanding between lead and junior developers

      Cons

      Poor management They will not provide salary if you resign Management will not provide any papers once an employee resigned They are reacting like kids, blocking contacts of ex-employees In one word "Will not recommend working in this company"
