Its a one person fiefdom that shareholders are finding difficult to tackle despite apparent corruption and incompetence

Its a national organisation representing MSMEs and it can play a very important role in development of the MSME sector in India
Cons
Now it is being run by an individual who has somehow made himself appear to be quite indispensable and so shareholders want him out but are afraid of doing so - also he has created a few supporters within the shareholders through corrupt practices
