      Pros

      - Lot of smart developers and hard working product managers and modelers. The employees are all good folks. - Stable business model that should last a long time - Work from home 4 days a week is nice

      Cons

      Working here is a big ball of stress and I cannot find a better way of describing it. It's just 1000 things that are all sub optimally set up. It makes it difficult to work here. Benefits are not great compared to other tech companies. The company is often highly disorganized and not so great at communicating. Pay will be slightly below industry standard. You will work a lot of late nights and long hours with little thanks for it.
