Pros

You want rapid skillset and experience growth which will teach you how to thrive in ever changing environments and be part of a team who creates systems that changes the way insurers do business? This is the place for you. Never a dull moment and there is always something new to learn. Some of the most talented individuals work within this organization and are always willing to help and support one another. The organization also makes it a point to focus on communication and collaboration through regular town hall meetings. Leadership is approachable if you have questions, ideas or otherwise. While the majority of the senior leadership team has been in place for many years, I always saw this as a positive because you get the benefit of institutional knowledge of the company, products and clients. They were open to and supported my ideas; it is all about how you approach a situation and communicate your viewpoint. Open up a browser and search “list of tech layoffs". You know what company name is NOT listed? FJA-US. You know what company names ARE listed? Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, etc. These companies recklessly handed out unrealistic bags of cash and benefits along with some snacks and games while relocating people. Now those people and families are in unfamiliar cities without employment, income, benefits, and snacks .

Cons

Honestly, I don’t have any cons so I will give my perspective on a couple of other review cons. I have worked at a few places in my career and found the FJA benefit options and costs to be more than acceptable. For the reviews that feel otherwise, my guess is that they have probably worked at larger organizations or not very many organizations. Concerning the comment about too much work and not enough resources. This is the case at nearly every US based company right now. This is not a “status quo 9-5 company”; things move fast and people are committed to project success. You will work hard and create amazing products which help other organizations be more efficient.
