      Great group of people that are absolutely devoted to their work.

      Cons

      No upward mobility for junior staff. Some staff are obviously redundant that don't do much work at all.

      Great people. Casual enrichment, everyone makes an effort to really interact and get along. Most people stick around for a long time (pro) but because of this there really is almost no upward mobility. (Con)

      Cons

      The managers can delay on making really important decisions, no one wants to take credit for the hard decisions.
