Leaders do not have active listening skills. CEO doesn’t know what he wants to do with his company with constant restructuring. You get punished for providing objective feedback. Management would rather protect egos than deescalate and improve processes. Talent is treated expendable here so no wonder employees do not feel safe. You can get fired for no reason at all, so your job is really at the whims of your boss and the CEO. Unless you suck up, you won’t be given support and breakthroughs here. It’s all so small minded.
