      Pros

      Always treated well by leadership and superiors. Client-centric and give employees lots of room to grow. Recent state of firm showed management transparency and openness to address rumors and concerns. Promotions show further commitment to diversity and current leadership, including CEO, has strong female make-up (a rarity in the architectural business).

      Cons

      Still, at times, Houston oriented. Discussions and rumors snowball in Houston and don't affect the other offices which can also be a Pro. Communicate more with staff about why leadership group has been meeting more often so we don't make up stories.
