      Management is chaotic No benefits (read, they'll bait and switch you with offers of health care, but then say they didn't mean to) No job security Abusive environment Flagrant safety violations Safety incidents get shoved under rug

      Pros

      Employee discount. That's it, really. No benefits, they lag a year behind federally recommended mileage.

      Cons

      Everything here is about making the company the most money possible. They don't care about you, they dont respect you, though they will try to build that familial relationship. Once they want you to leave they will find any reason for your time to end. I wasn't perfect but I was the best there. Unappreciated in my time lol

      Pros

      There were none but average mileage pay if I must say.

      Cons

      Management has horrible communication skills. They do not follow through with what they say they will do and must be reminded a lot. They are the type to never show up for you and fire employees for being a minute late.
