      Pros

      Some of the smartest and nicest colleagues (below VP level). We’ve all been sold on a dream.

      Cons

      No strategy, everything is opportunistic, no respect for private time, you have to take calls whenever the CEO wants you to (e.g Fridays at 9 PM), the product is far from innovative - lots of those on the EU market and worldwide. No kept promises (like hiring plan), but they do try to hire behind your back. No real budget - it exists on paper but as a VP or Director you have to approve every 200 euro payment with the CEO. Weird HR doing back deals.

      Pros

      This is the best run Series A I've ever worked at by a long shot. I think this is because the core team has been together for over a decade and they really know how to treat people and have a deep trust and respect for the entire organization. From day one, I felt seen, heard and respected. Teams are organized and productive without taking themselves too seriously. This is a group that has FUN together while building a product that is really changing the game.

      Cons

      Like any startup in 2024, this is a distributed team and a little extra effort is needed to collaborate with coworkers across the globe. But that's everywhere.
