Not many pros to be fair.

Cons

Managers are promoted for friendship, not based on merit. Double standards are set and they bend the rules when they want to. Management put you constantly under financial pressure even if it means cutting corners. They expect you to take your laptop with you if you go abroad! Awful place to work.
