      Literally nothing is a pro in this company

      You tell on management and HR has no care! Upper management is very petty and always gossiping and trying to get someone fired You clearly move up on who u know, almost all HR and senior management are in some way related or doing stuff they shouldnt be doing with each other. Just a whole joke! The only way you can make more money is by moving up! To then learn that even if you get promoted to sup, they still want to control you and tell you everything. They only care about the money, use them and RUNNNNNNNNN & dont you ever come back.

      Pros

      It’s a job. It’s a good place to work until you find something better. It’s a good entry level position since you only get paid $15 per hour.

      Cons

      The office is very unsanitary, you will see bugs everywhere, you do not get any type of benefits (pto, health, etc) until 6 months. So since there isn’t PTO, people are coming to work sick which then puts others at risk, the bonus structure is a joke. You have to have 40 hours a week, so if you miss a day, you are required to make those days up or you will get written up. I’m
