Lots of training, and room for advancement. They seem honest about their bonus structure.
Cons
They're a larger GC, they sometimes suffer from bureaucratic inertia and IT hurdles.

Benefits are ok if you were able to use them.
Cons
Toxic leadership. Not allowed to use vacation time. No time off in between jobs always on the road. No family life. Leadership expects it employees to lie to the clients. Leadership dose not support field personnel. Veterans avoid this company. If you are a professional lier and brown nosed this company is a good fit. Project managers have no clue how to run jobs and pass the blame to field superintendent. Personal manager (bj) is clueless on how to manage personal rude and disrespectful. None of them remotely live up to their company motto.
