Pros
the company is family owned and operated. You don't feel like a number like some of the competitors I have worked for. They have excellent brands with CAT, Mitsubishi, Doosan, Clark, Kalmar, Big Joe so the training you receive from those manufacturers is a benefit for sure. Overall good management and they make you feel welcome.
Cons
Like everyone in Colorado they are running lean on staff, so most people are very busy. I know they have ad's running and are trying hire some people so hopefully that works its way out soon.

Pay, lunch time is one hour
Cons
They want robotic people around with a extreme micromanagment, if you even say hello to your coworkers youll be reprimanded. No place for advancement, managers use cameras to spy on you when on lunch or even saying hello to your coworker
