Pros

FN America is a solid and financially stable company with a long history (130 years) of quality product offerings. Employees are very proud and dedicated to the company. The company offers great benefits too.

Cons

The company is slow to change, but they are making a great effort to evolve and make positive changes. Some long-tenured employees struggle with change and want to live in the past.

Pros

Good people who believe in their customers

Cons

Pros

Selling guns is a lot of fun.

Cons

FN required me to relocate and buy a truck as a requirement of employment. Didn't think it would be an issue cause they made it very clear they only wanted some interested in being there long term. 18 months later, with 30+% sales grow, they laid me off because a friend of the CEO needed a new roll and I was geographicly closest.
