Ability to be creative with new brands. Loyal employees with a wealth of knowledge that are always happy to help. (This does not apply to management.)
Cons
Family owned. Owners are not on the same page as far as company culture and management strategies. Verbally abusive ownership. Non matching 401k and little benefits. No employee privacy as there are cameras at every corner. Salary employees are expected to punch into a time clock. Highly monitored by upper management with no work flexibility. Unethical and illegal business practices. HR is uneducated and unable to be an employee asset. Company does not promote from within. No processes are in place for employee review processes or any other internal team processes. Company morale is low with a high turnover rate. Employees are viewed as replaceable. Owners are greedy and expect much from employees with no respect/gratitude returned to employees. No training for new employees.
