Pros

CEO says all the right things. Good benefits and perks. Most of the people are nice.

Cons

The IT employees supporting the franchisees and restaurants are continually disrespected and treated with disdain. People in Operations throw retail IT employees under the bus at the drop of a hat in order to cover their own incompetence and mistakes. Extremely poor and inefficent organizational structure.

Pros

Good people, work/life balance is decent (heavily team dependent).

Cons

Industry average benenfits, 401k match is weak and the annual bonus is the worst if you’re a manager or below. It’s like 5%. Lots of sporadic turnover, changes in leadership and roles on the team. Very limited marketing budget. Limited growth opportunity. Went from 2 day in office to 3 this year and will be 4 starting 2026.
