Pros
1. You get to build things from scratch. 2. A new tech stack that will help you further. 3. Good and very well behaved seniors 4. If you're a woman, you'll feel comfortable and at home. 5. Learning curve is extremely high!
Cons
The Manager/management isn't upto the mark. One of the reason why the company hasn't performed well even though it has a really good tech team.
