      Great values not great training.

      Pros

      - awesome healthcare benefits - great values and matching of charitable causes and encourages employees to find causes to volunteer for. - work with an amazing product line - amazing marketing products - everything can be custom made for your customers - lots of great products to try - holiday party in NYC every December for all employees and a plus one

      Cons

      - hard to grow with the company- little opportunity - you will end up training yourself- little to no formal training on anything - no HR portal - not database of who is doing what and when- we have to send company wide emails when someone isn’t at work

      Pros

      - they pay very well -they treat you as family and everyone is intent of pulling you up not putting you down - you are involved with a quality product line - quality team work - advancement from within is possible

      Cons

      - everyone company wide is fairly split up so you are on your own and need to be comfortable taking decisions on the fly - training is long and intense (hours wise and a lot of info) - but structured so that's good.
