Fair treatment of employee. Closeness of management with employees. Good benefits. In respect with legislation for working hours. Interesting developments projects. Great steadiness. Good team building capabilities in medium management, which was able to grow a smooth and pleasant work atmosphere.
Cons
Redundant work. Little place for evolution or rapid growth (however great if you intend to keep the same job for the next 20 years).. Activity based on current French legislation for workers eduction - may totally disappear with the law all of the sudden. HR are very far from their employees, several employees felt very much disregarded zhen I worked there. Top management was very old fashion, came down once a month to shake hands and would leave disappear again.
