Hands down the worst place I have ever worked at. No sense of management, vision or work-life balance. The CEO is high on verbal garbage and very low on having actual ability to execute anything. The COO celebrates "not" having any form of work-life balance. One of the Directors is always passing lewd remarks about girls. They call themselves one of India's greatest incubators, but in reality, they are just a very small co-working space, which too is hardly leased out. Forge's entire business model is based on bribing Government officials and getting Government projects, using CSR money to fund these projects and making a big cut in terms of profits from the CSR money. They absolutely bull their employees and people from outside of Tamil Nadu are looked at as being culturally inferior. You cannot learn anything here and random work is passed on like tele-calling or form-filling even at the Program Manager's post. Avoid this place at all costs!

Management/CEO. A holistic approach with better man management skills is the much need of the hour. Bullying, high handedness, extremely temperamental and hostile, immature and juvenile behavior,shoddy treatment and volatile mood swings has warded off best talents and has only caused the organization a huge talent vaccum.
