All the teams are under a lot of pressure to meet their goals. It is a great place to learn if you are in the middle of your career. You can learn a lot in 2 years. But if you are very experienced, it might not be worth the stress. Pressure is constant, but no reward. Account for a stressful environment when negotiating your salary.
Strict office policy.
Holidays more then 2 weeks not allowed, which makes it difficult for non EU employees. It is a small company and everyone counts.
Super nice employees - if you feel like working in a fast pasted environment and want to learn all there is about influencer marketing, this is a great place to do so.
