      Pros

      Great company that is constantly innovating and improving. Has a big focus on employee engagement and satisfaction with great culture. The people there are all fantastic and love what they do.

      Cons

      Doesn't handle changing priorities well at times, and also has a habit of changing direction on the whim of executives. They need to understand their feedback is important, but not necessarily right. Leave it to the experts!

      Pros

      A recognisable name and it's great to be constantly surrounded by sport and people who are passionate about what they do. Good work life balance and the culture and values are slowly being improved.

      Cons

      The culture leaves a lot to be desired and there is quite a divide between departments. Greater communication and social events would help people gel and get to know each other better. There is a lack of concern of career progression and self development.
