Pros
Everyone gets along really well and there is always open communication. There's never a dull moment because you are always working on something new, its a demanding but fun and friendly atmosphere. The scheduled hours are amazing, the office staff gets every other Friday off and the hourly staff gets every friday off working 4x 10 hour shifts. The company is expanding their customer base and the future looks really bright.
Cons
Things can get a bit crazy with changing demands and priorities and month end can be stressful.
