- opportunity to participate in a diverse range of automotive software development projects - decent benefit - flexibility - average salary
Cons
- some projects might not yield much in terms of industry knowledge. - target output to satisfy the customer not to do the best, and the development process sometimes might not be rigorous and lack of clarity. - middle management is not the best
