    Pros

    Pay was on time, Vietnamese culture entertaining.

    Cons

    Disengaged management, largely clueless on how to succeed in the US without committing several legal mistakes.

    Untrustworthy, insecure executives who will take credit for other peoples' work. No bench, most work subcontracted. COO is an empty suit. Sales Managers corrupt.

    Advice to Management

    Sell.

    Pros

    Lots of opportunities to learn and grow as a fresh graduate at least, company have fresher program for fresh graduate with ok pay. Although it highly depends on your team and project you work on. The seniors usually help you to learn (as it part of their job because that how company cut cost on project, having senior leading several junior devs)

    Cons

    Company culture can sometime be really annoying and repetitive, sometimes it is "mandatory fun". Social insurance is pay based on minimum wage (unless you negotiate maybe). Sub-par salary, office politics is high (just like almost every Vietnam company)

    Vietnamese based outsourcing company cross many domains, very special company culture connect employee with each other and stay longer with the company. Salary is competitive.
