Pros

They have some cool perks…

Cons

The perks will never make up for the complete lack of accountability of most people working there, specially in higher management positions. Titles don’t mean a thing. There’s a big disconnect between what they say they want to achieve and the actual understanding of what is needed to get there in terms of professional expertise. A few people are paid a lot for a pretty mediocre performance and bare no responsibility for the poor decision making. And it’s a lot more about who likes you than it is about the actual expertise and skills you might bring to the table.

Extremely hostile and unwelcoming environment.

Pros

Cool company functions/parties, but that’s it.

Cons

The management team is not looking to help employees grow or learn. They are not interested in investing in their team and their mediocre product proves that. They ostracize newcomers and are unwelcoming.

Pros

they provide ok perks but they hide behind them.

Cons

salaries should be much higher- the company doesn't seem to manage their cashflow very well. expect to work 10-16 hour days on a very regular basis. the leadership has no true understanding of required labor for their roles and are ok with you being slave like for their benefit. the owners live up in the hills and hang with celebrities while their employees can't even afford a car on the salary they pay if they don't share bills with another individual. work life balance is not a thing if you work in this office. during covid not one single member of leadership/hr asked how we were doing and what they could do to ensure our well being. employees have to beg for support roles to be provided so they can work 10 hour days instead of 12 hour days. loads of employees left the company after the 2nd round of staff cuts during covid forcing all "lucky enough" to keep their jobs to do extra insane workloads.
