Pros

- Some very smart people that are a pleasure to work with - If you're into a startup environment with everything it usually entails, this is the place: room for initiatives, fairly interesting projects, fast-paced, management easily reachable - Management is listening and trying to improve - Dog-friendly office

Cons

- Unequal expectations between teams. - Lack of professionalism at various degrees: conversations that should be held in closed doors are out in the open; toxic behavior from a handful of employees ignored. - No real perks, hybrid is just tolerated, work-life balance can be improved.

Pros

Very nice locations and office. Good group of colleagues mostly international . The work flexibility

Cons

For a company that has over 50 employees in different countries there is no HR department. You must talk directly to the co-founders if you have a problem and most of the time the co-founders are the problem. I found the leadership non-inspiring, often a bit fake / too faced in their present to the staff. They need to do better in listening to the staff, educate and be more present with an open and friendly mind. It is very much a man dominating company with very little women’s voice, which is so out of date for a company in 2022. One of the founders is a woman, and she does not have any real voice within the company or is afraid to speak to the other founders about women’s issues there.
